All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. First Promo, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

We offer international shipping; however, all orders shipped outside of the domestic country may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These additional fees are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are beyond our control. We do not include these charges in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout.

The recipient of the shipment is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees required to clear the package through customs. Failure to pay these charges may result in delays, return of the shipment, or disposal by the customs authority, for which we are not responsible.
